Biography
Sadegh Torabi’s research focuses on the critical intersection of cybersecurity and the Internet of Things (IoT), addressing the pervasive use of IoT devices in homes, industries, and critical infrastructures where security is paramount. His work seeks to tackle IoT-specific security challenges by developing novel security mechanisms, protocols, and assessment frameworks tailored to emerging IoT environments and infrastructures such as electric vehicle charging stations. He is a research fellow at the Center for Secure Information Systems (CSIS), where he is collaborating with graduate students on a number of research projects.
