The Information Sciences Technology concentration (ISTC) offered by the Department of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) focuses on the science, engineering, and technology of information processing, an area of study ripe for innovation in a world driven more and more by data.

To sign up and start the process, you must create an account in the Mason portal.
An email will be sent to your mail ID, confirm it, and then you can start the application process. Remember to select Information Technology – Information Science and Technology - PHD.

PhD requirements (current students)
